Emergency dental care: Dr. Butler can come and do an exam to evaluate the problem, provide temporary fillings, adjust sharp irritating areas, do some simple extractions and provide prescriptions if necessary. In addition he can provide any necessary referral information that might be needed. Ohio Mobile no longer provides x-ray services. There is a $100 travel fee for emergencies in addition to any fee for provided services which must be paid at the time of service.

Comprehensive Denture services: Dr. Butler is equipped to provide full and partial denture services to patients in a hospital bed or a comfortable chair in their home/room. The denture process usually takes 4-5 appointments once a week until the new dentures are completed. The fee for the dentures includes the travel, fabrication steps and two adjustment visits once the dentures are completed within a three month time frame. Full dentures cost $1,200 ea, or $2,400 for a set and Partial dentures cost $1,400 ea due the extra cost of the cast metal framework. Payment must be by check or money order with half due prior to starting the process and the balance at delivery.
