The predecessor to the Ohio Mobile Dental Group was started by Dr. David Kirkpatrick in 1992 as the Miami Valley Dental Care company. He and his staff pioneered in southwest Ohio in providing mobile dental services to long-term care facilities.

    In 1998 Dr. Butler joined the staff of Miami Valley Dental Care to provide prosthetic and emergency dental services. In 1999 Dr. Butler had the opportunity to purchase the practice and changed the name to The Ohio Mobile Dental Group.

    In October of 2008 The Ohio Mobile Dental Group was sold and merged into a larger multiservice Health Care Provider called OnSight Health Care. OnSight provides Audiology, Podiatry, Optometry and Dental services to Nursing Homes throughout Ohio and in some neighboring states.     OnHealthcare accepts patients with private pay arrangements, private insurance and Medicaid who are residents of Ohio Nursing homes.

    Dr. Butler continues to provide denture and emergency services through OnHealthcare in Nursing homes. In addition he continues to see private pay individuals in Assisted Living facilities, Hospitals and Private Residences on a case by case basis as Ohio Mobile.
